- All orders received after the 4pm cut-off time, will be processed the following day and delivered the day after.
- Our delivery partners do not operate on Sundays. All next day delivery orders placed on Saturday before the 4pm cut-off time, and all same day delivery orders placed on Sunday before the 12pm cut-off time, will be delivered on Monday.
- Public Holidays: All orders received on a Public Holiday, will be processed the following business day.
- Cash on delivery orders: We will contact you to confirm your order ahead of processing the shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours.
- Shipment tracking: You will receive an email once your order is shipped and is out for delivery.
- Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the shipment 3 times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure to provide your mobile number and to leave us any special requests in the comments section, while placing your order.
Shipping to GCC Countries:
- The standard processing and shipping time for international orders is 5-6 business days.
- Payments: We only accept pre-paid shipping to the GCC. Cash on delivery payment is not available.
- VAT and Custom Duties: VAT and Custom Duties are to be borne by the customer, according to their local tax rate and tariffs. They are to be paid to the shipping provider.
- Public Holidays: All orders received during UAE Public Holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Shipment tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details, once your order has shipped.
- Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the shipment 3 times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure to provide your mobile number and to leave us any special requests in the comments section, while placing your order.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the size of your fire pit for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to exchange your fire pit for another model. Return your order back to us within 7 days in its original form and we can either provide you a credit note or an instant exchange.
Customers from outside the United Arab Emirates are eligible for swaps but will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
Lifetime Warranty:
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any Solo Stove product that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy.
International Fees:
Many countries charge import fees, dues, taxes or other charges if you order products from outside your country. We do not cover these fees. It is your responsibility to find out if you will be charged fees upon receiving your package. Contact your government, customs office or post office if you have questions about fees in your country.
Some credit cards issuers charge processing fees when customers place orders in/from different countries. It is your responsibility to find out if your credit card issuer will charge an international processing fee. The international processing fee is charged by the credit card issuer. We do not cover these fees.
